The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Training and support to our clients, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, configuring our platform to meet client needs, and fine-tuning configurations to optimize product performance. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively utilize our platform.

3. Utilize solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as malware, vulnerabilities, and different types of attacks to enhance client understanding and platform effectiveness.
4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of how domains and websites operate, assisting clients in configuring the platform to suit their specific environments.
5. Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and instructions to clients.
