Job description 

Job Summary –

Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Enterprise Risk Management, Reporting to the Program Head of Enterprise Risk Management Function (within the Chief Risk Office Department)

Years of experience needed – 8+ years 

Technical Skills:

Understand and contribute to the ERM program of Mphasis group by:

 Performing reviews of the identified Key Risk Indicators relating to risk statements

 Actively contributing to update of the Risk Register, holding discussions with the process owners and obtaining sign off on new risks and KRIs

 Performing risk reviews independently and identifying risks and controls

 Documenting the process flow charts using Visio / other flow chart tools

 Independently performing analytical reviews of data using Excel and other tools

 Assisting in ESG Risks identification and monitoring

Certifications Needed:

 Fresher MBA from Tier 2 / 3 colleges / Universities interested in Risk Management

(or)

 B. Com candidates with upto 2 years of experience in Finance / Internal Audits

(or)

 Fresher Chartered Accountant with Internship / Articleship experience in Big 4 or similar firms

 Certification in Risk Management courses preferred not mandatory

 Good Communication skills

 Working knowledge of MS Office mandatory – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
