Job Summary –
Manage team (Team Leaders) effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
Provide hands-on assistance to the team in case of issues, both through direct intervention and mentoring
Should manage daily/weekly/monthly client meetings

7 years overall exp and minimum 2 years of team managers exp(managing team managers)
Years of experience needed – 7 Years.
Skills/Domain required:
Excellent Communication, Analytical and Presentation Skills
Good at MS Office
Basic Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge
Domain expertise in Corporate Actions/Wealth Management and exposure to Capital Markets (Securities processing & Settlements)
Processing experience preferred to have (or managed Teams with similar knowledge) :
1. Process Trade Settlement information within deadlines and comply with all requirements.
2. Manage daily communication with various brokers and custodians/sub-custodians to confirm and verify executed trade information.
3. Security Master : Knowledge of Securities set-up and management and maintenance of the same.
4. Worked on trade validation, pre-matching, trade execution and post-trade settlements.
5. Settlements of products (all or any one) like Equity, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds and Derivatives.
6. Regions experienced on (any or all) - North Europe, Far East or APAC, Americas, Euroclear , Crest, etc, along with their market cut-offs.
7. Knowledge of applications like Bloomberg, DTCC, Euroclear, Omgeo , WSC, SWIFT, etc.
8. Worked on Forex Conversions
9. Setting up SSI instructions
