The primary objective would be to deliver very high standard of customer service by reviewing and analyzing requests received from customers for Accessline products and make informed decision to approve or decline the request post determining if all the risk requirements are met.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understanding of Know Your Beneficiary (KYB). 
  • Conduct Know Your Beneficiary (KYB) checks on new supplier applications. 
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence Review on new & amended supplier applications. 
  • Conduct card validation checks to setup card for accessline transactions for suppliers.  
  • Ensure correct processes are followed and KPI’s are achieved in order to setup suppliers successfully. 
  • Conduct ad hoc KYB file reviews as and when required.  
  • Provide support to accessline and risk team as and when required. 
  • Timely reporting and escalation of cases. 
  • Work with various teams and stakeholder on enhancements to various platforms.
  • Meeting established Compliance & Control goals.
  • Cross team collaboration – proactive engagement with different teams. 
  • Comply with Risk and AML Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to tight daily deadlines.
  • High level of ability in the use of, and understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work within a team environment with diverse set of team members to achieve team goals.
  • Do root cause analysis for various exceptions & assist to resolve and fix the causes for exceptions.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to make logical business decisions in the absence of policies and procedures.
  • Strong customer-focused orientation and attention to detail.
  • Should be organized and focused on seamless process delivery having a eye for detail and strong bent of mind towards controls, risk and customer service.
  • Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with peers as well as counterparts in Compliance and the business.

 

Qualifications -

  • Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the banking sector) OR Post Graduate freshers (M. Com , MA Eco , MBAs etc).
  • An in-depth and applicable knowledge of PCs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel , Word , Access) etc. Must be able to navigate successfully on Internet based applications.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and terminology is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to actual situations.
  • Thorough professional with risk, compliance or business skills.
  • Strong customer-focused orientation and attention to detail.
