Job description 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the organization's technology strategy and architecture to executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework, including solution, data, application, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Lead the design and development of complex enterprise-level solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Make recommendations for technology adoption and integration into the organization's IT landscape.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and support long-term planning.
  • Identify opportunities for simplifying and optimizing the technology stack.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners to support the organization's technology initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.

Role Purpose Summary: The Hardware Design Architect is a member of a global R&D Team. Roles & Responsibilities Perform reviews on design concepts, component selections, trade off analysis and resolve technical challenges Work with cross function team to capture requirements, perform system / subsystem design, finalize electronics design requirement by reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.
