Job description 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various third-party  channels such as influencer marketing, affiliate partners, UPI platforms, etc.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue and brand awareness 
  • Source, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and other relevant entities
  • Devise campaign strategy and calendars basis overall platform goals and category specific goals
  • Develop deep understanding of campaign performance and constantly optimize to improve marketing efficiencies and impact 
  • Be the multi-functional anchor between Category, Creative, Content & Rest of marketing teams  

 

Success Measures: 

  • Contribute to driving daily/weekly/monthly revenues/other business objectives, across campaigns ? Timely setup and execution of marketing campaigns (with varied scale from a few lacs to multi crore campaigns) 
  • Continuous improvement in marketing impact and efficiencies (wherever possible) 
  • Clear measurement system and approach to track regular progress 
  • Continuously bringing best practice ad-Tech thinking and innovations to Myntra 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a fast-paced e-commerce environment with a proven track record of success in managing growth marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Solid process-orientedness along with high bias for action 
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills  
  • Collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Analytical horsepower along with ability to drive insight from data 
  • Strong creative mind to be able to contribute towards strategizing diverse campaigns
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
