About the role
As a group manager in this position, you will be leader in an organization passionate about technology, people and performance, where customer satisfaction is our ultimate performance measurement.
The group consist of engineers with the responsibility to develop software solutions within the areas air suspension control, air management related systems as well as tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS). Simulation and verification set up to quality secure the development is an integral part of the teams responsibility.
This position offers you the challenge to develop individuals as well as leading technology development in an area that is evolving and growing in technical complexity with development of electromobility and automated vehicles.
Therefore, one of the expectations on you as a manager will be to develop the team to secure competence for the future.
As the team is part of our VDYN agile delivery set up, another focus area for you will be to drive operational excellence and constantly improve the way of working.
