Senior System Verification Engineer-EMC

What we do?
Within our scope of responsibility lies the work with development of requirement, new test methods, Verification, simulations, processes, and tools. Considering our new products and electrical design are becoming more complicated, there is a greater requirement for speedier feedback and quality assurance in development. The electromagnetic sector, like the rest of our verification work, will be fundamental for our future products. 

What is the job Role & who are you?

We are looking for an EMC engineer who enjoys discovering early design faults and issues present in the component level so that EMC issues can be removed in our projects.
We believe you currently work as a EMC engineer in the electrical domain, ranging from DC to microwave frequencies, and have years of expertise in this field. You also have great customer focus, delivery accuracy, and good communication skills! You, like the rest of our team, are enthusiastic about working in the automotive business!

You have a genuine interest in working with people and tools and see change and challenges as something positive in order to meet the unknown future. You have a strong ability to be flexible between highly technical as well as management activities.

You are good in Problem Solving and can propose solutions in a short time. You have a good business mindset while working in a technical area and enjoy striving to reach the organization’s vision. At the same time, you can balance the wish for deliveries with soft skills, creating a good working atmosphere and a high engagement and performance in your team.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics and Power electronics background
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in EMC domain
• Experience of electrical system domain
• Experience of Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and Issue Analysis
• Analyse identified EMC risks and risk mitigation activities to minimize the probability of risks occurring and/or reduce the consequence of them.
• Knowledge on simulation software within the electromagnetic domain (e.g. CSD, FEKO) is a merit.
• Experience within electrical HW circuits
• Good communication & documentation skills
