The Sales Support Analyst is responsible to provide full sales support to the sales team, partners, and designated accounts to maximise sales of Pearson qualifications throughout the region whilst providing excellent customer service.
To be successful this this role you will be proactive in working with key customer groups, be able to use Pearson systems to manage processes including query resolution, invoicing, and a great communicator and knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends, you will build strong business relationships and genuinely enjoy the life-long learning.
Purpose: To support the generation of interest, promote, and be a named contact for Pearson International Vocational qualifications and international resources portfolio for Colleges, Schools, Qualifications Centres, and internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the promotion of Pearson’s qualifications and resources across the region
Support and maintain relationships with named current and future customers at key stakeholder level within the region.
Work with each RDM to support and undertake the annual plan for the management of key accounts and high value prospects to maximise revenue and achieve growth targets.
Work in region to provide support across all sales activities for the achievement of budgeted territorial sales targets.
Support designated key customers and groups with excellent customer service, proactively managing customer expectations and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Generate and manage reports on entries/registrations, revenue and other finance matters.
Support effective communication across all Pearson sites between Management, Sales, Marketing, Qualifications Development, Publishing and the Customer Service teams.
Be able to demonstrate platforms and services to external customers and know operational and pricing structures.
Prepare and support the activities of the regional sales and marketing teams, including the coordination of relevant conferences and exhibitions.
Provide cover and back up when sales team members are on annual leave or otherwise absent.
Demonstrate superb organisational ability; grow product knowledge around Pearson product and services, the education landscape in region, and factors influencing market development.
Approvals and Quality Assurance. Ensure that new approvals, address changes, SV visits and certification are processed in a consistent a timely manner.
