Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software space. Experience with clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field. Preferred qualifications: Experience managing and developing a team that carries and exceeds strategic business goals, supporting both business and career development. Product and solution knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and cloud. Ability to build solid and continuous relationships, selling to C-level executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. In this role, you will lead a Sales team and grow the cyber security business market share across accounts in assigned territories. You will build executive-level relationships, and align our offerings and partners’ value proposition to customer needs. Responsibilities Hire, motivate, develop and lead a team of specialists to grow and exceed their annual and quarterly accountabilities. Collaborate with Google Sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall cyber security pipeline health. Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical levels, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base. Generate a plan to ensure broad cyber security engagement into new Google Cloud accounts and manage cross-functional partners in complex implementation projects and agreements. Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
