Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The IT Asset Management Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hardware and software lifecycle asset management tasks. You'll work closely with the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable the lifecycle of assets, including but not limited to support and maintenance contract agreements, asset procurement, and inventory management.
  • Processing Service Catalog requests for hardware (computers and computer accessories) and software purchases.
  • PO processing to input or verify accuracy of ordering and invoicing information on PO that is produced from sourcing task.
  • Implement data reporting for assets inventory and purchases to present key data for forecasting potential hardware/software spend as well as to lead Asset Management in proactive compliance with sake of entitlements to  deployments of software
  • Solid understanding of the Lifecycle Management
  • Manages process for ongoing monitoring, exception handling, self-audits
  • Provides reporting and reconciliation results in support of software/hardware  maintenance true-ups
  • Coordinate with other areas involved with management of IT Assets including  Finance, Procurement, and Incident/Change/Configuration Management to ensure that we are tightly aligned in the full asset lifecycle
  • Ability to coordinate & follow up with suppliers that integrate into the asset lifecycle (vendor resellers and vendors of hardware and software)
  • Using asset data to provide recommendations to Management on process improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Acts as a highly motivated & engaged employee !

 

Required Skills & Experience :

3-5 years of meaningful experience with IT Asset Management (SAM)

2-5 Experience with ServiceNow tool and ability to run reports & queries within the tool

Experience with, and knowledge of, the ITIL framework as well as ITSM

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

Ability to grasp modern technology quickly

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates excellence in customer service, teaming, verbal and written communication & presentation skills !

Hardworking, collaborative, and positive behavior

Ability to prioritize and multi task


​Academic Qualification :

Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications / Certifications :

ITIL Foundation Certification
