EPM Consultant What this job involves: EPBCS Administrator will support the EPBCS system at JLL. This includes support in the use, design, development, configuration, and testing EPBCS modules. The administrator will provide support in functional tasks of medium-to-high technological complexity. The administrator will provide support in maximizing the value of EPBCS by identifying and recommending functional and technological solutions to improve business processes, enhance Planning and Budgeting functionality and meet internal and external reporting requirements while providing production and end user support Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go-live. Understand the business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems Understands dependencies and interrelationships between functional components of EPBCS Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality. Interpret and transform information based on business requirements and provide the data for delivery Develop functional specifications and complete object development and testing Essbase BSO and ASO cubes – Outlines, dimensions, measures, members, metadata administration with ability to design databases and complex calculations Design, build and troubleshoot cubes and related objects Employ knowledge of Essbase to facilitate better deployment of Planning, application security, and other interface tools Strategic Modelling\Planning\Essbase application configuration Automation, SQL, Batch scripting, EPM Automate Data Loads, batch jobs Provide alternatives based on best practices and application functionality Create test plans, test cases and test scripts and perform functional testing Create and maintain system documentation Provide training and documentation for supported applications Develop and maintain all relevant documentation, specifically the process maintenance Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of master data, including performing & reporting on periodic audits Ensure that all relevant parties are timeously informed of master data changes Contribute to achievement of master data performance and quality standards as defined by service level agreements Proactively identify opportunities for improvement that increase efficiency and effectiveness of MDM processes Seek to drive the highest standards of customer service to Finance teams globally Sound like you? To apply you need to be: Experience In Oracle Planning Cloud including Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, and Workforce Modules Experience in Essbase BSO and ASO cubes, Build/Enhance Hyperion Financial Reports Knowledge of Metadata management and update to downstream application to EPBCS and Essbase ASO is mandatory Experience in Calculation Manager including Groovy Scripting Knowledge of SQL query in Oracle & SQL Data base will be a plus The candidates should have the ability to understand user requirements in EPM and Finance domain and convert them into design specs and architecting solutions We require candidates who can lead and support Hyperion application Candidate having experience in end to end Hyperion EPM Implementation and Support The candidates should be able to understand the existing system and do the reverse engineering on the existing system. Strong financial and analytical skills and an advanced understanding of the financial planning process is additive. Automation of Metadata/Data load script using epmAutomate and PowerShell commands.
