Responsibilities
·         Knowledge about Azure/AWS administration (Stacks, fleet, Bundles, VPC, EC2)

·         Knowledge about control planes, deployment and management

·         Knowledge about IAM (Identity Access Management)

·         Knowledge about management consoles of AWS/Azure

·         Knowledge about resource groups in AWS/Azure

·         Knowledge on AWS Workspaces & Appstream

·         Hands on experience on Citrix cloud, cloud connectors, control planes, hybrid environment

4+ years of experience in Citrix, with knowledge on citrix components.
Knowledge of Citrix PVS, master images.
Knowledge on Xendesktop 7.15 & Horizon view desktop (7 & above)
Basic understanding of Policy and management in Citrix.
Having basic knowledge on Citrix NetScaler and its implementation
Address complex technical issues related to users, Applications, User profiles, printing, connectivity, OS etc.
Creation of multiple delivery groups for corresponding departments within organizations, publish applications, providing access etc
Knowledge of ITIL process (change, incident, problem management)
Knowledge of Windows family servers.
·         Knowledge on ILOs & KMS

·         Basic understanding on HA, DRS, FT in Vmware, HyperV environment.

·         Knowledge on upgrading hardware firmware

·         Day to day operational activity

·         Patch management

·         Daily monitoring

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Preferred qualifications
Desired Industry certifications like CCA, AWS CCP, VCP etc.
