Strong research focus
Demonstrate ability to critically analyse information received - handle client interaction at junior management level
Tracking of sectors and key participants in the industry
Preparation of deal books and financial models and carrying out financial analysis and valuation
Take control of data room, including providing regular updates, checking against received information request lists, and proactively escalating in case of missing / unreconciled information
Supporting the team with the required valuation and research
Promoting the internal values
Read and understand the financial statements and analysis
1-2 years of relevant post qualification experience in M&A/ Deal Advisory or in a similar environment
CA/ Post Graduation from a reputed institute
Graduation from a reputed institute
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
