Job Summary:

If you are a TME specialist and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! The TME specialist will handle controlling of Test and Measuring Equipment in Msol, Equipment and Products testing and calibration.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Controlling of Test and Measuring Equipment in MSOL.
  • Inhouse Calibration of all type of Test and Measuring equipment.
  • Interaction with various External Laboratory for Quotations to calibrations.
  • Arranging for sending equipments for external calibration.
  • Providing data and reports to customer during customer inspections.
  • Compliance of all points and records during all Internal and External audits.
  • Maintain and Manage e-Metrology portal and maintain records.
  • Ensure all Test and Measuring equipment calibration are in time, Equipment deletion.
  • Process and write-off activities, Equipment Discrepancy management etc. 
  • Work with Global E-Metrology team for various technical clarification and requirements.
  • Manage and Handling of Safety related parameters in Metrology Lab.
  • Active participant with all team members and all activities.
  • CAPEX Management.
  • Participation in internal and external audits.
  • Preparing of quality related documents, procedure, E-Metrology documents.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Diploma in engineering with 3 to 5 years of proven experience.
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written). 
  • Office Software Application Skills 4.Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality System.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Technical knowledge and competence in calibration of test equipment and related documentation and brief knowledge of NABL Laboratories 
  • Understanding of product knowledge and related specification for parameters of equipment.
  • Effectively interacting and dealing with laboratories/supplier/inter-company/intra company communications.
  • Use of Excel, Word and Power Point for presentations and project management.
