Provide IE expertise to improve accounts operational and financial performance, increase productivity, improve TTM, reduce cost.
Operational-Excellence expert to lead accounts continuous improvement and efficiency plans, based on LEAN methodology approach, to maximize business potential. This role will plan, design, analyze, develop, lead implementations, and monitor program processes across accounts to strive for operational excellence.
What will your job look like?
- Lead Waste Elimination program and design new processes / methods to add value & increase productivity.
- Build region improvement plan by applying LEAN tools (such as Kaizen, VSM).
- Facilitate best-practice methodologies implementation across accounts.
- Drive implementation & adapt solutions.
- Interface between business units/Accounts and Operation excellence team.
- Assess and analyze current vs. desired state in a variety of aspects such as efficiency, performance, and process excellence. Recommend technical and methodological business best practices and solutions.
- Support teams in conducting Kaizen, VSM workflows, current state assessments, process mapping exercises, root cause analysis, and future state design sessions and implementation.
- Understanding of statistical techniques related to process improvement, and an ability to analyze data to gain insights and support problem solving.
- Own continuous improvement methodology training and coaching materials. Requires advanced knowledge of Operational Excellence approaches.
All you need is...
Experience & Education:
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- At least 3 -4 years experience in leading OpEx / Lean activities in software companies including professional experience methods of improvement, time standards, value analysis, quality improvement, cost reduction and other related fields.
Required Skills:
- Must have advanced knowledge in Lean and Operational Excellence approaches, bringing credibility to the role and ability to influence senior leaders and teams.
- Proven record in Lean tools implementation – Kaizen, VSM, RCA .
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail.
- Leadership skills to conduct workshops and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent English – speaking and writing.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, specific in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
