Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance adherence.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks; serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as needed, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in compliance efforts, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensuring company policies align accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees, providing guidance and support when necessary.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS implementation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
