We are hiring a Sales Strategist for our client's platform in Hyderabad, India. As a Sales Strategist, your primary role will be to onboard American restaurateurs by pitching, convincing, and getting them signed for one of our client's commission packages. You will be responsible for shift and schedule adherence, timely follow-ups, and developing productive customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
Onboarding American restaurateurs on our Client's platform by pitching, convincing and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Shift and Schedule Adherence.
  • Timely follow ups and schedule calls back to customers where necessary.
  • Set high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibilities and accountability for successfully completing assignments / tasks.
  • Make advertisers and their needs a primary focus of his/her actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
  • Display expertise through understanding of products and processes.
  • Escalate problems/issues to the supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted.
  • Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Effective use of tools.

 

Competencies:

  • Should be a multitasker in between the tools and work on multiple menus at the same time.
  • Should be able to follow up with the Mx via emails, and chatters.
  • He or She will perform data processing, database work, and research in this arena.
