Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up  

Fresh Prints is a New York-based based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We refer to these student entrepreneurs as Campus Managers.

We have 500+ Campus Managers who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to assist other team members in the onboarding process specifically by providing support, answering questions, and keeping them on schedule. You'll be responsible for owning any admin related tasks related to onboarding Campus Managers.

This administrative role enables our Growth Team to recruit and train Campus Managers - who are the key to our revenue growth at Fresh Prints. As Fresh Prints grows, you will too. With time, the right person will be given the space and guidance to have a tremendous impact on the company's future. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Growth team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

  • Manage admin tasks for onboarding trainees.
  • Sort and organize incoming emails on our main Gmail inbox.
  • Assign email tickets to the right Trainer.
  • Facilitate cohort launches, including bulk uploads on Gmail and Coassemble (our Training platform)
  • Update all the spreadsheets used for analyzing team performance metrics.
  • Sort responses to ‘Pledge forms’ and communicate via text and call for reminders.
  • Record and manage training workshop recordings.
  • Send reminders and update emails regarding workshop schedules.
  • Respond to emails from trainees who haven’t officially started training.
  • Send gift coupons to Campus Managers upon training completion.

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
  • We are open to Freshers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with email management systems.
  • Comfortable with data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
