Zycus is looking for an expereinced Digital Marketing (SEO) professional . At Zycus, we are a digital powerhouse. We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead a team responsible for the overall Zycus website and blog, SEO organic initiatives, planning campaigns on both the paid and organic digital marketing front, and overlooking marketing automation and CRM. He/she should be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing. The person will work with different regional Go-to-market teams, product marketing as well as inside sales to increase awareness and engagement with Zycus target accounts eventually leading to increased business.

Job Description:

  • Plan and ideate new strategic digital marketing initiatives at Zycus. Overseeing and managing the overall digital marketing budget.
  • Ensure that the website, blog, and owned social handles of Zycus reflect the right corporate messaging and brand
  • Ensure proper SEO for the website as well as the blog leading to an increase in organic traffic, inbound leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with regional GTM teams and product marketing for the paid campaigns. Optimize the campaigns based on performance and analytics.
  • Should have an experiment-oriented mindset looking to discover new avenues of targeting and channels
  • Utilize the complete toolbox for a modern digital marketer, own the marketing tech stack  suggest regular additions and removals as required
  • Collaborate with the different product marketing teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.
  • Create quarterly marketing plans for a targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate opportunity close and expansion
  • Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes to hit KPI targets like inquiries, MQL, and sales active pipeline
  • Carry out Conversion rate optimization on the website to increase the overall conversion rate
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content marketing, and streamlined processes
  • Reconcile all marketing tactics to the marketing budget and manage initiatives to maximize the ROI
  • Ensure that automated tracking and measurement is in place. Analyse and optimize as required.
  • Overlook the Marketing automation and CRM teams and suggest modifications in the process and additional tools etc. as required.

Job Requirement

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years experience working in the digital marketing field.
  • You are a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed with strong attention to detail (managing campaigns, writing business requirements, and analyzing data).
  • You will take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.
  • You are an MBA in Marketing.
  • Understanding of different digital marketing functions such as paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing and other digital marketing concepts. Ideally, would have some point worked in all of these.
  • Experience in working in a digital marketing role in a B2B environment and preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo & additional marketing technologies would be preferred though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with the information technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage.

Top 3 things that we  are looking in a candidate:

  1. Strong SEO understanding including the ability to understand the content, create on-page, SEO edits
  2. Strong understanding of Website technicalities, understanding of Website infra, security, performance, CDN, and Website front and backend (Wordpress, CSS, etc )
  3. Performance marketing, mainly LinkedIn and ABM tools like DemandBase and 6Sense.
