We aim to 4x our current traffic in next two quarters and are seeking an experienced SEO specialist to drive the iniative. As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy, improving search engine rankings, and driving targeted traffic to our website. We are in our high-growth phase and love to collaborate with people who can work with ownership, have strong bias for action and can deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords to target
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics
• Create and implement link building strategies
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content
• Work with development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and optimised
• Own tracking, analytics, measurement, and reporting for entire content marketing function

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leveraging SEO as a leverage in building organic traffic
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
