Codemonk is looking for an intern to join the Marketing department. We are in search of an individual who can provide valuable assistance to our team in a variety of tasks, such as conducting market research, coming up with B2B brand strategies and roadmaps, managing social media, creating compelling content, and more.
What will you do?
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, linkedIn Marketing and events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Create B2B content material like sales deck, emails and other promotional materials
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Content creation, writing blog posts, social media posts, and website copy.
- Manage social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide fresh ideas and insights.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
