Role & responsibilities
To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided
Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
Setup appointments for the sales team
To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
To convert the calls to new business leads
To inform the potential clients of the Assistnow’s services
A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking (LinkedIn)
Skills Required:
Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Phone successfully
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent listening skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: 7.30 PM to 4 AM IST
