Role Overview: Join us as a Workday Subject Matter Expert who will excel in advisory and pre-sales roles and play a crucial role in building and developing our Workday practice. This role offers flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, placing you at the core of our leadership team and empowering you to influence our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary advisor on Workday solutions, providing expert guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Lead pre-sales efforts, including conducting product demonstrations, developing proposals, and engaging with clients.
• Strategically build and expand our Workday practice, focusing on service offerings, market positioning, and client development.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to ensure our services remain competitive.
• Participate in leadership meetings, contributing insights and expertise on Workday and business development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workday expert, with a comprehensive understanding of its applications in various business contexts.
• Entrepreneurial and leadership skills, with experience in building or significantly contributing to a business line or practice.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts.
• Dependable and motivated, able to work autonomously in a flexible capacity, either part-time or full-time.
