Job description 

What is expected from you:

  • Strong Corporate Training selling skills including excellent relationship-building, networking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent in Business communications and email etiquette
  • Exposure to LinkedIn and other portals
  • Ability to generate B2B leads
  • Experience in Lead Research and Prospecting

Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and using social media to generate leads. Data Maintenance and organization skills

  • MBA qualification or Experience in Business development is preferred
  • Any exposure to IT Training & Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct Market Research on the company and understand the need of the training needs
  • Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, or marketing campaigns
  • Sending 40 to 50 emails customizing to each client
  • Good at researching the email id, and contact number of the concerned person
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Build and nurture client relationships via various channels
  • Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Develop and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities
