As the Lead Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Creating and delivering clear storytelling around customer and product needs shaping capabilities to add value to our customer operations
  • Prioritizing through market and customer research, running qualitative and quantitative data analysis to convert hypotheses into solutions
  • Collaborating cross functionally to illustrate flows, prototypes, high-fidelity interface and interaction design to build the product road map
  • Working on features with ownership end-to-end, from the research phase all the way through to implementation
  • Partnering with software engineers and delivery teams to define goals, identify problems and opportunities, test hypotheses and prototype solutions
  • Facilitating product reviews, usability testing and customer engagement to create feedback loops to direct refinement of solutions in preparation for operational readiness, launch and promotion
  • Analysing, documenting and reporting accurately to provide key product performance metrics

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in product management or sales where understanding the market and competition is a requirement.
  • Have proven experience conducted extensive market research for professional industrial products, softwares/hardware.
  • Have considerable prior experience in a Digital Product Manager role with a focus on multiple applications leveraging tools to manage the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrate a track record in Product Management within a consultancy, systems integrator, other Industrial Technology Solutions providers and OEM’s
  • Demonstrate ability to influence product strategy and development in an emerging, tech start up or industrial sector where there is focus on optimizing reliability, operations, production or and processes
  • Be willing to travel up domestically and internationally, approximately once per quarter
