We are looking for a candidate to manage a team of SMEs, Translators, and other operation members for a category. The candidate should have experience in content management or a similar lead role. The candidate should have good managerial and problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate with key stakeholders. Good communication and organizational skills are required. Graduation/Post Grad from T1/T2 colleges is preferable. The candidate should have the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Description :

  • Managing a team of SMEs, Translators and other operation member for a category
  • Taking data-driven decisions for the growth of the category
  • Analyze and research exams patterns, types of questions, and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
  • Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and improve
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders - marketing teams, Tech/Product team, operation team, etc.

 

Desired Skills :

  • Having 4+ years of experience in content management or a similar lead role
  • Team Handling experience of 15-20 members
  • Govt exam experience will be a plus point
  • Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills
  • Graduation/Post Grad from T1/T2 colleges will be preferable
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Good communication and MS Excel skills
