The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of identified scopes of projects work from the handover from the tender team to the remittance of the invoice. Multiple jobs will be coordinated concurrently, delivering financial and commercial goals as per the individual contracts. Results will be achieved by problem solving, developing and executing overall project objectives for self and others to reach required goals. The Project Manager will be assigned to multiple customers and will be the primary point of contact for all aspects of assigned project Operations. The successful candidate, in fact, will work with Engineering, Tender Team and other Support Functions to coordinate project development, implementation and control, taking into consideration customer specifications, cost effectiveness, company technical/engineering procedures, safety and optimum quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Translating customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets. Identifying opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements. Managing the project budget and timeline, ensuring the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations. Working with, Supply chain Operations Sales and the Commercial Team to generate any variations required for scope overrun or expansion. Participating in pre-job briefing, ensuring familiarisation with the scope of work Ensuring that all operations are carried out as per procedure and as per the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures. Supporting invoicing and all required paperwork, including monthly and final reports to enable timely processing. Maintaining effective communication with the customer’s representative and the office Contributing to the process of continuous improvement across the organisation. Ensuring that delivered services achieve highest quality and performance levels. Developing and maintain good customer relationships using solid communication skills. Having Professional execution of all contracts without significant commercial exposure to the company. Identification & management of risks associated with the project. Having Strong financial control over projects with accurate forecasting and reporting. Ensuring a high level of data governance across the ERP system and related project controls tools. Have strong oral and written communication skills backed up with computer aptitude (prior knowledge of SAP is an advantage). Have the ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various seniority levels across organizations to achieve goals. Have Strong commercial and financial understanding and experience in identifying and driving the implementation of contractual changes in an effective manner.
