A day in the Life:

  • Drive partnership across divisional teams and identify potential opportunities to scale across divisions and functions
  • Use a consultative approach with Corporate and Divisional business leadership to plan, implement and sustain a resourcing strategy to meet business priorities.
  • Establish and handle external vendor and agency relationships enabling teams with flexibility to scale up and down as needed
  • Ensure consistent talent recruitment, onboarding, training, and cultivation through establishing alignment with key partners, such as Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Teams
  • Partner with local teams, such as facilities and IT, to ensure cross-divisional teams are co-located and gaining benefits from partnership space
  • Work with finance team and lead divisional partners through financial staffing expectations during annual / ongoing budget planning

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related area.

Experience

  • 12+ years’ dynamically sophisticated experience in a diverse digital marketing operational role(s)
  • Hands on-experience leading resourcing strategies with senior partners
