Lead a team of planners and cost controllers to develop, monitor, and control project schedules and costs. Ensure smooth cash flow management and prepare project controls sections of the Project Execution Plan. Monitor progress and provide early warning signals for delays, suggesting remedial actions. Maintain healthy cash flow and support project engineering manager in budgeting and cost analysis. Coordinate project activities from proposal to commissioning phase. Develop and deliver presentations to management and customers. Support in the development and maintenance of project control system. Provide key support to project engineering manager on change management and risk identification. Responsible for selection, appraisal, coaching, mentoring, and training of project controls personnel. Support forex and commodity hedging actions. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key result areas include planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, quantity control, project budgeting, working capital management, cash flow management, and risk identification and mitigation. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and fluent in English. Hands-on experience with Primavera, SAP, and Pro-eTrack is a plus.
