Job Description

Scope Of Work*PrimaryShared Across Functionally
•Provide leadership to the team of Planner and Cost Controller
•Provide direction to planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of project schedules, plan costs
•Quantities and smooth cash flow management
•Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the Project Execution Plan, including WBS, CBS, Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure
 •Monitor and analyze progress to give early warning signals for delays. Also suggest remedial actions for the same.
•To act as interface with Project Engineering Manager, Finance & account, functional managers and other stakeholders including customer while preparing project budget and cost analysis and report on timely and accurate forecast of project cost and schedule on a monthly basis, raising alarms and maintain healthy cash flow
•Continuous coordination of cross function activities on planning, monitoring and controlling of project activities right from proposal to
•commissioning phase of project
•Support Project Engineering Manager in the development and delivery of written/oral presentations to the Management and Customer and preparation of progress report
•Active participation in rollout of the project control system development, maintenance and updating, including initial configuration and awareness to all the stakeholders
•To play a role of key support person to the Project Engineering Manager on major and minor issues such as change management, risk identification and mitigation.
•Providing leadership in the selection, appraisal coaching, mentoring, training and developing project controls personnel
•To support on Forex / Commodity hedging actions
 •Give input related to Risk for to the Risk Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE: Contribute to the effective performance of in process and finished products by ensuring that all the analytical data generated are accurate, reliable, and timely with safety and in accordance with established and standard methods/procedures of Quality Assurance department.   YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain finished good time bound activities like sampling analysis results recording in SAP and maintain approved analytical records. Batch allocations to allocate respective customers for deliveries as per the customer specific specification requirements and issuance of COA. Ensure for minimum quality complaints/rejection of FG Material from the customers and attend customer complaints regarding quality. Support to production for FG NC batches blending /reprocess and issue suitable batchs to AI production as per the quality specification. Ensure the proper monitoring and the maintenance of QC equipment and instrument. Review the Equipment qualification protocol and reports. Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.  Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes. Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance. Review and approval of specifications and standard test procedure for raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, intermediates and final products. Review the Chromatograms and results of tested batches of Raw materials, in-process intermediates and finished products. Review the analytical method validation protocol, report, and Data verifications. Ensure sampling of raw materials, packing materials is perform as per the current SOP.
