Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change and Release Manager. • Experience of working in an IT/Technical environment with good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles. • Strong Service Management process knowledge and experience (ITIL4 is preferred). • Constantly improve the Change & Release Management process keeping user centricity and industry best practices. • Strong experience of preparing reports, dashboards and quality presentations reporting major issues related to changes to senior management (Change manager). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical levels. • Strong ability to influence and build working relationships with key stakeholders and internal stakeholders. • ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.
