Responsibilities
• Assist in negotiating with Audit firm and provide guidance across complete audit procedure and schedule
• Review the Audit report and compare with the internal reports and findings to ensure maximum compliance and minimum financial exposure
• Review existing contracts and provide key insights on various contractual rights and obligations
• Provide knowledge sharing on contracts and negotiation tactics
• Design strategy for cost savings and negotiations
• Assign licenses based on the best optimized scenario
• Providing reports on usage, deployment, expiry dates, license type and other related information
• Build Publishers compliance reports manually and from the SAM Tool
• Preparing a risk assessment report publisher-wise based on elements like: compliance audits, usage patterns, consumption volume, product user rights complexity, software spend, and contract type
• Create a remediation plan for Applications with Compliance Gap
• Optimization recommendations based on the Software usage
• Closely analyze the terms and product usage rights mentioned in the contracts.
• Upload the contract data in SAM Tool
• Gather the entitlement data from various sources including but not limited to PO copies, Invoices, Publisher Portals, Signed agreements, etc.
• Identify license metric, version, edition, model for all products belonging to publishers based on the agreements, contracts, invoices and any other proof of purchase provided.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Primary skills:Next Gen->Flexera,Tools->ServiceNow/SNOW
• 5-8 years of Experience in managing license compliance and Audits for Engineering products licenses. (e.g Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Dassault System, Open Text, Ansys, Trimble, ESRI, Hexagon etc..)
• Experience on managing Tier1/2 publishers with Audit support (eg: Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix, Adobe, VMWare, Salesforce ServiceNow etc)
• Experience in managing Software assets and license operations in Flexera
• Understand software deployment and licensing methodology to prepare compliance reporting
• Experience on license optimization and recommending on cost saving opportunities for Engineering products
• Experience on Flexera FNMEA module for managing engineering licenses.
