Responsibilities • To lead Network monitoring and complex troubleshooting activities over supported network/IT Infrastructure covering multi-vendor and multi-site large enterprise environment. • Lead all critical P1/P2 incidents reported by business and collaborate with other technical SMEs on all incidents affecting production systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve network and Security incidents, Coordinate with wider team (onsite and offshore), OEM support teams to resolve issues. • Lead technical discussions and have up to date knowledge on the latest industry trends and technology. • Measure, report and Maintain all service delivery KPIs / SLA as defined in the service contract. • Analyze data relationships and dependencies, business and service delivery processes and communication needs regarding existing and new systems. • To raise equipment, Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) and to track these through to problem resolution. • Follow up on problem management and investigate workarounds and permanent fixes for reoccurring incidents. • Executes activities safely in accordance with the relevant Technology and HSE Standards. • Reports events and hazards in a timely and accurate manner Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Cloud & Infrastructure Services Additional Responsibilities: Mandatory to have skills/experience (Apply only if you have experience as mentioned below) : Networking- Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, SDWAN Technical and Professional Requirements: Looking for expertise in below skills: • Multiple tool sets like Solarwind, ServiceNow, thousand eye. • Network – WAN/LAN/WLAN/ SDWAN MAN/MPLS/VPN and data communications technologies. • IP Routing protocols – BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRRP, LDP,RSVP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Multicast, Policy based routing • Switches/Routers/Load blanacers/WAN/ SDWAN Optimizers/ Firewalls • Routing, Switching, WAN Optimization and Load balancing. • Network technologies and solutions including IPv6, MPLs, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, Load balancing, VPN tunnels, WAN Optimization. • Clear understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards and related components • Wireless Controllers and Access Points • Network security policies and firewall administration for Cisco, Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls • IDP / IPS management • BIGIP F5 (LTM and GTM) • Good understanding of Juniper Q-Fabric Operation & Design Preferred Skills: Networking->CISCO technologies->CISCO Routers/CISCO Switches
