As an Inside Sales Executive, we are seeking individuals who are entrepreneurial, energetic, and motivated to maximize the effectiveness of our sales workforce. This role offers high visibility and involves close interaction with prospects and customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products. It is essential to stay updated with their feedback in order to meet the required standards and continuously enhance our product offerings.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attending/initiating sales calls and determining the customers’ business requirements.
  • Handling large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects for scheduling demos and follow-ups.
  • Must be able to deal with an average of 200-400 calls per day.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
  • Hosting and presenting product demonstrations and other sessions online or in person.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement appropriate sales plans.
  • Ability to create a good level of rapport with the customers by replying to their queries in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace.
  • Ability to continue the research on customer issues to avoid future occurrences.
  • Must be able to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets and deadlines.
  • Maintaining a clear record of prospective customers and a thorough understanding of competitors and industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Regular Follow up with the Customers to convert them to happy paying customers and ensure they are happy throughout the journey.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience as an Inside Sales role.
  • Ready to travel onsite (Or virtual Online) anywhere in the world and attend/present meetings/tech shows / Product training.
  • Act as the first point of contact to the customers.
  • Effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities.
  • Meet the Sales & Call Targets/Quotas and ensure new revenue.
  • Should be a permanent resident / Should be a resident qualified to work in Colombia (Bogota) without any additional Visa.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity in software Sales / Enterprise Software Sales would be super awesome.
