We are looking for a candidate who can handle incident management raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request. You will work with ISPs and third-party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment. Help onsite engineers to check and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Your responsibilities will include documenting new resolutions identified. You will also coordinate with CPMs and end-to-end leads for timely project deliverables. Expertise in 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, particularly in Nokia and Ericsson, is required. Familiarity with importing and provisioning of XMLs and troubleshooting skills are important. Good understanding of parameters related to new site integrations and reprinting of sites is necessary. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) is required. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience.
