Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in helping organizations make data-driven decisions by transforming raw data into valuable insights. This position combines expertise in data analysis, database management, and reporting to support strategic decision-making within the company. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Articulate key process flows and stakeholders. 
• Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. 
• Gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities.
• Develop reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives. 
• Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings. 
• Identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain. 
• Collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 1 year business analytics work experience
• At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in SQL, Power BI, Oracle BI

Expectations:

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of position.
