Job Description
The Systems Operations team is a part of the wider Corporate Development Operations organization. The charter of the Systems Operations team is to formulate, implement and drive operational excellence across the LOBs/organizations by managing the key sales processes and systems, to align with corporate objectives. Analysis of data in a wider range and allocate the sales credit to the correct rep by consolidating and referring multiple sources like, booking report, Territory system, opportunity in OPC, GPM etc. Interact with Biz Ops/Sales rep & Managers in case of any additional mandatory details are needed.
