Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Oracle Retail Operations Team. In this role, you will support strategy development and execution in DevOps while leveraging analytics to uncover revenue-generating opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Summary of Responsibilities Collaborate with DevOps teams to support the development and execution of strategies that improve processes. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that align with business objectives, focusing on driving revenue growth and optimizing operational workflows. Translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with company goals. Assist in developing performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of business initiatives and recommend improvements. Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue generation and improve business outcomes. Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards. Education/ Experience/ Other Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, organizational, written, and oral skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or other relevant software. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance. Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy in workflow. Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines and requirements; accordingly, must be a self-starter. Demonstrated objectivity, professionalism, flexibility and maturity with the ability to deal with multiple levels of the organization. Ability to perform in a fast-paced self-directed environment.
