You will work closely with clients, and software developers to gather and document requirements for IT projects, identify potential solutions, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibility:
- Create project plans and timelines for projects based on the requirements gathered, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the technical and financial viability of proposed projects.
- Develop technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, database schema diagrams, and user manuals for projects.
- Test software applications and systems to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new software applications and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in projects and work with project managers to implement them.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, analyze data, and translate these requirements into functional specifications for software development projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- You should be able to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns that can be used to improve business processes.
- You should be able to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and software developers to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- You should have a strong understanding of software development, databases, and project management methodologies.
- You should be detail-oriented and able to identify potential issues and risks that may impact the success of IT projects.
- You should be able to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that deadlines are met.
