Designation - Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Reporting To - Sales and Operations Manager, mi.com

Base Locations - Bengaluru

Profile Summary:

The person will be part of the mi.com Sales & Operations Team and will help manage the data and business analysis for mi.com. 

The profile is of an individual contributor. The primary role of the person is to work closely with internal cross functional teams to ensure reporting and analysis for various aspects of the business. 

Role & Responsibilities:

·        Reporting: There are various categories that operate and are sold through mi.com. Smartphones, TVs, Tablets and AIOT products are some the key categories that sell through mi.com. Sales performance reporting and analysis at an overall, category and SKU level will need to be shared at periodic frequencies

·        Analysis: Detailed analysis of what worked well; what did not work well along with hypothesis on the probable reasons will need to worked upon and shared periodically

·        Deep dive on various business levers like adoption of Affordability, Exchange etc. 

·        Senior Management Presentations: Headline reporting to senior management will be done on a weekly and monthly basis. Data and analysis requirement for the same will need to be shared. 

·        Data extraction using SQL from various database for report consumption. 

·        Reconciliation: Data reconciliation for various vendor partner activities – Payment gateway, exchange, Wallets, Buy Now Pay Later etc. 

·        Projects: Work with internal and cross functional teams on various new initiatives. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

·        Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – including developing Macros

·        Proficient in SQL for relevant data extraction

·        Prior experience of working in Power BI and / or similar tools

·        Strong data analysis and representation skills

·        High on self-review

·        Good with project management trackers / tools

Qualifying Criteria

Education - Graduate / Post Graduate
