This is a key role of Business Development for Flipkart Health+. Healthcare companies and third party organizations are important partners for the Flipkart Health+ platform and this person will be responsible for driving ad monetization, account management, and leading initiatives to scale marketing spend by these partners on the platform. This team manages entire external partnerships on the platform and drives complex, multi-phased projects by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time. 

 

About the role: 

The role will encompass end to end management right from -.

 

Business Development and Media Sales

  • Owning monetisation target for key initiatives and programs within the charter
  • Farming, negotiating commercials and closing JBPs with new clients
  • Gathering client requirements and preparing marketing plans based on client objectives and appetite to spend

 

Planning & Trade Marketing

  • Align marketing budgets and finalize scope of engagements for the account
  • Develop and drive programs to improve key shapeable metrics for platform 
  • Work with various stakeholders to enable activations on platform from digital marketing to Lead Gen activities

 

Program Management

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the marketing activations
  • Own end to end program from closing engagements to ensuring marketing payment cleared by vendor and everything in between

 

What you’ll need:

  • MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Strong experience (2 to 3+ years) in field sales media planning, account management and ad sales 
  • Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
  • Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, keen interest in data driven insights for growth, and liking to work with a variety of stakeholders is important
  • Ecommerce/Digital Ads background (preferred)
  • Experience in Media Planning and Coordination with Publishers/Account Management team to ensure client success

Roles & Responsibilities: The Business Development  Manager will work closely with the Director and Sales Head to support sales revenue targets for the US market. S/He must be able to define, manage and drive BD and Sales Metrics.
