Business Finance Partner

Your Role:

  • Business Partnering
  • Partner with business teams (ops, network, SCM, BD, design etc.) to achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets
  • Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management and cost structure with a clear view on path to profitability
  • Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes
  • Business Reporting including dashboarding, MIS circulation defining and tracking KPIs for the business
  • Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance
  • Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
  • Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making and be the Source of Truth wrt business metrics
  • Liaising with controller’s team to maintain hygiene of books

Must Have Skills

  • Finance Professional / Qualified CA with 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data.
  • Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing
  • Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams
