What are we looking for?

Customer Experience Design & Strategy team at Cleartrip is looking for an Assistant Manager to help champion innovation in CRM and agent processes. This is a high impact and high visibility role right at the core of improving customer experience and agent experience at Cleartrip. 

What will you do?

  • Vendor management with CRM, IVR partners to deliver projects in time
  • Help develop processes, systems and partnerships across the company and with the vendors to enable partner teams to improve customer experience.
  • Share data, insights and best practices from within the company and outside to constantly help improve customer experience.
  • Create BRDs, SOPs, etc. and interact with various teams to implement enhancements
  • Analyze data to conceptualize and put forward the customer issues, present the same to stakeholders/ Category team / operations / training
  • Proactively identify trends of CX metric to prevent / identify customer impacting issues
  • Liaison with multiple design / product / category teams stakeholders to implement the necessary changes
  • Review the process/strategy for new constructs from end to end customer experience point of view  
  • Solve and optimize for metrics systematically (AHT reduction, transfer rate reduction, etc)

 

What you should have?

Besides relevant experience, you should be passionate about customer experience. Being successful at this role will require all round expertise in business, technical and operational aspects of successfully solving for CRM and IVR solutions. You will also need high degree of comfort with handling multi-stakeholder scenarios, as well as managing multiple projects at the same time.

·   Minimum 3-5 years in ecommerce/ retail/ service industry

·   Experience leading complex projects wrt Salesforce, Genesys, other CRM products

·   Comfort with data analysis

Job Description:   Assistant Manager - Anti Corruption L2 Monitoring Team You are responsible for: ● Day-to-day management, execution and oversight of key components of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for FK Group. ● Actively contributes to the development and implementation of the anti-corruption training program including the development of training content, delivery of training sessions and tracking/reporting of training completion. ● Helps, builds strategic relationships with various business units; identifying and communicating possible risks associated with anti-corruption non-compliance; and maintaining open lines of communication at various levels. ● Assist with the designing and the implementation of Anti-Corruption Continuous Improvement (ACCI) initiatives and programs. ● Execution of the Flipkart Group ACCI Monitoring Plans using the CIR (Continuous Improvement Review) tools and techniques in all Finance departments and Facilities within the Flipkart Group. ● Understanding and identifying the root cause for non-compliance and agreeing on and formulating remedial action to reduce risks and financial exposure. ● Ensure the timely execution of the quarterly Monitoring Plans. Assist in developing remediation steps and action plans to correct deficiencies identified as a result of the CIR process.Prepare reports and presentations with respect to reviewing findings, the levels of compliance and opportunities for further improvement. ● Ensure there are efficient and continually improved AC and ACCI initiatives. ● Identify compliance risks by measuring actual Financial Control processes against local and Global Anti-Corruption frameworks. ● Identify, communicate and monitor the execution of compliance best practices. ● Review compliance monitoring results to determine any trends or areas for improvement.   To succeed in this role, you should have the following: ● Chartered Accountant or Law Graduate or MBA finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience of working on compliance areas including Anti-corruption compliance, financial internal controls, Internal Audit experience with special knowledge of auditing financial transactions, FCPA and Anti-corruption laws. ● Certifications like Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Internal Auditor would be preferred. ● Experience in E-commerce / Retail with respect to managing a Finance, Risk or Compliance role would be preferable. ● Demonstrable verbal and written fluency in English. Superior communication skills, including the ability to communicate in writing effectively and efficiently and orally. ● Demonstrable computer literacy with specific ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,internet, and internet-based applications. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. ● Self-motivated with high energy and personal integrity.
