Pitney Bowes is now hiring for full time Dispatch Associates / Material Handlers in our Levittown, PA facility. 

*MUST HAVE PRIOR FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE*

2nd shift (Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday; 3PM to 11PM)

Base Rate: $15.25/hr + $1.00/hr additional for 2nd shift

You are: 

You are a performance driven person who will ensure the quality of our service is being achieved.  You are passionate about helping the company meet their mailing productivity standards.

You will:  

• Place finalized mail trays into designated larger containers for delivery to Post Office or delivery deeper into the Pitney Bowes network for further processing 
• Ensure mail trays are labeled and routed correctly 
• Ensure accurate and stable loading of pallets 
• Prepare pallets with the correct placard labels 
• Maintain organized storage of postal supplies 
• Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers regarding completion of assigned responsibilities 
• Monitor mail tray conveyor and reports issues to a member of management  
• Assist in the other departments as needed 
• Promote a clean work area to prevent possible injuries and/or tripping hazards to self and others

Your background: 

As a Pitney Bowes Dispatch Associate / Material Handler you have: 

Prior forklift experience

Prior fulfillment, warehouse or equivalent experience 

The ability to work Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday; 3PM to 11PM

The ability to understand and follow safety and other operational directions in English, or translated from English, irrespective of your native language 

The ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice 

The ability to be dependable and reliable 

Strong organization, customer service and verbal/written communication skills 

Preferred:  

Knowledge of presort mailing business                 

Physical demands and abilities: 

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations. 

The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations
