Job Description:

You are:

In this role, you’ll join our HR Organization for Presort Services and will report to the HR Director. You will support the team onsite in Reading, PA and provide remote support to employees located in Richmond, VA and Nashville, TN.

 

You will:

  • Provide consultation to managers/directors and all levels of employees in the areas of employee relations, change management, performance management, employee focused initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring. 
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting on-site investigations as needed. 
  • Engage with HR Centers of Excellence on execution of projects and programs that affect employees.
  • Partner with leaders on the implementation of key performance initiatives including diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Work in an environment that includes nights and weekends and will require shift flexibility to support the team.  Travel approximately 10%.

 

Your Background:

  • 5 or more years’ HR Generalist experience including employee relations investigations, HR policies/practices, and compliance
  • 3 or more years’ experience supporting large hourly employee base in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
  • Possess solid working knowledge of HR systems and processes (Workday preferred).
  • Competency in conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Must be able to work independently and able to execute HR programs on behalf of the company.
  • Demonstrate high degree of emotional intelligence, business, and financial acumen
  • Bilingual Spanish is a strongly preferred qualification

The wage range for this position is $75,200/yr to $94,000/yr, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
