· Proficient in analyzing processes, skill matrix, hourly output follow-up efficiency & OEE, identifying improvement areas and implementing kaizan, 7QC tools, Poka yoke, SIX SIGMA, 5W, PFMEA, FMEA. Techniques for reducing rejection level, rework and consumption of resources.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
 
What You Need
Maintaining new process concepts for production optimization, yielding improvement and formulating guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the assembly line & shop floor processes
· Managing continuous improvement process and idea flow.
· Performed time studies on Production Equipment’s to successfully establish production bottlenecks
· Communicate, implement, achieve and ensure adherence of the management objectives in the department.
· Ensuring quick response and corrective action to any problem related to man, material, machine and method.
· Attending the customer complaints & implementation of corrective & preventive action with team.
 
· Production planning, manpower planning, scheduling and control in Production operations.
· Monitoring and achieving the set targets for Productivity, Quality, Rejection Control, Cost and Delivery.
· To ensure that all necessary aids to the production are available for smooth functioning of the Production (Man, Machine, and Method & Material).
· Monitor, ensure and improve the skill level of operators by way of better preparation and Distribution of jobs or relevant training, skill matrix rating.
· Support and implement IATF 16949 activities and maintain relevant records with MR.
· Implement and maintain 5s practices in the shop floor, FIFO, Identified, fix locations.
· Execute hourly production output, Efficiency, OEE, Target awarding.
· Monitor the implementation of 5'S & Kaizen on the shop floor in order to reduce the rejections & downtime and save cost.
· Preparing ORM(Overall Review Monitoring) on Monthly Basis
· To attend the customer complaints & implementation of corrective & preventive action with team.
· Implementation of method /tools, Poke Yoke, modification etc.
· To ensure quick response and corrective action to any problem related to man, material, machine and method.
