  1. Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to articulate to senior leaders clearly and succinctly.

  1. Responsibilities:
    1. Be a key member of the Annual budgeting process. Play a vital role in finalizing budgets for Service Lines (SL) working closely with the SL leaders. 
    2. Providing guidance to team members to ensure timely delivery of MIS and other deliverables.
    3. Perform data analytics to support the HoD in business reviews and regular operations.
    4. Build models for Simulations, Forecast and Projections
    5. Assist SL leaders in annual Global Planning, quarterly reporting, and ad-hoc requirements.
    6. Working Capital Management: Ensuring timely updates of various Collection and billing-related reports on a weekly/monthly basis.  Constant dialogue with Engagement teams to ensure targets are met and maintain the lock-up low.
    7. Revenue: Handling various dashboards for Provisions/ Revenue/ Pipeline etc. Should be on top of the numbers and work with the business team to ensure timely and correct revenue accrual and minimize provisions.
    8. Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecast and handling various management reports. Ensuring smooth monthly/quarterly/Annual closing and management reporting.
    9. Perform various People-related analysis viz Headcount pyramid, Utilization, Time Sheet compliance etc.
    10. Support the Business teams on DRB reviews, and RFI / RFP submissions.
    11. Support SL leaders in various special projects undertaken from time to time.
    12. Identify the scope for automation and process simplification.
    13. Experience in Sales Analytics and management. 

 

  1. The Candidate:
    1. Must have 10 + years of relevant work experience.
    2. Qualification: MBA/ Master of Science in Finance (M.Sc. Finance) from reputed institute or qualified CA.
