Role Summary:
- The Senior Analyst is responsible for developing & maintaining system functionality, providing system maintenance & enhancements, and
- running and protecting the business by providing support for critical Retail and associated applications in the area of Sales Audit,
- Commissions & STORES. The associate is expected to participate in an ongoing migration project & Production support, which will
- involve fine-tuning COBOL programs and SQL tuning.
- Expected to work on support in production and lower environments, enhancements and modifications to the existing legacy systems
- and/or development for the new projects of various sizes and complexities; you will implement all the required application changes
- through analysis, design, testing, documentation and training.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Key Qualifications:
· A minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in Mainframe Development & Support.
· Proficiency in core mainframe technology areas like DB2 and SQL, Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM & TSO.
· Strong experience of file handling with COBOL. Should have knowledge of tuning COBOL programs.
· Experience with CADE, UC4 or ESP scheduling tool is added advantage.
· Should have worked in development, maintenance, support and enhancement projects.
· Experience in Change and Release management (IBM Rational Suite Tools).
· Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
· Proven and quantifiable track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Good formal and informal communication skills in English (written and verbal).
· A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
