Job description 

You will be responsible for owning the technical design of the platform, product integrations, maintenance of the technology that drive our marketing operations. You must possess a solid understanding of marketing users and workflow management, and have experience with work management platforms, specifically Workfront. You’ll partner with key members of the marketing organization in optimizing and scaling this platform.

This is a remote, work-from-home position. Hybrid or in-office opportunity if desired.

Fundamental Components:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver objectives in fast-paced and complex projects
  • Help chart the direction of the platform and platform expansion
  • Stay current on process and IT advancements to automate and modernize Workfront – especially as they relate to understanding and communicating Workfront releases, new features and Fusion automation
  • Drive platform reporting and analytics to help uncover insights for users and leadership.
  • Participate in Workfront Community Forums and local user group meetings
  • Ensure the marketing team is leveraging the latest delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining for our content creation process.
  • Gather and interpret technical requirements on an ongoing basis and contribute to expansion and migration plans
  • Implement Workfront and Fusion processes enterprise wide and partner to ensure adoption among all marketing teams. Deliver work in clear layouts for business leaders and non-technical marketers to grasp.
  • Oversee acceptance testing, support tickets, troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with the operations team, marketing technology, and system/group administrators daily to drive adoption, efficiencies and scale the platform.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years administrating Workfront in a marketing organization
  • 2+ years using Fusion with Workfront, implementing automated processes and workflows within a marketing organization.



Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology and/or marketing operations
  • Workfront or Fusion certification
  • Experience with CMS & DAM integrations with Workfront specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Demonstrated understanding of process automation, requirements gathering and documentation, change management and user documentation creation
  • Demonstrated understandings various process methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Kanban and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Epics and Stories
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to review data from systems and glean insights on platform and process effectiveness to form recommendations.


Education
Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred – equivalent experience strongly considered
