Responsibilities:

• Build the database of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the projects 
• Conduct interviews, organise feedback and review sessions with the users
• Conduct regular and thorough competitor analysis and benchmark our products against industry standards, providing actionable insights to enhance our platform's offerings
• Analyze the performance of our marketing initiatives geared towards the B2C vertical, and devise strategies to increase user engagement
• Utilize your excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential partners
• Define KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the assigned projects
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, enabling comprehensive studies
• Constantly work on establishing defined KRAs by the team leads
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Maximum 2 years of work experience (Ed-Tech is a plus); Freshers will also be considered
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective outreach and presentations
• Ability to liaison with cross-functional teams in the company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive individual with a zeal to get things done
